'NourishCenter started with a humble vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Romano family established our pizza shop in 1985, starting as a quaint, family-managed business with recipes that have been passed down for generations.
Mia Romano, our founder, mastered pizza-making during her journeys across Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples — where pizza was conceived. After coming back to the UK, she was resolved to offer the essence of legitimate Italian pizza, utilizing age-old methods and premium ingredients.
From its origins as a small 12-seat pizza shop, it has expanded into a much-loved local fixture, though our dedication to excellence and authenticity has stayed constant. We keep employing traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and seek out the best ingredients accessible.
Now, 'NourishCenter' stays under family ownership and steerage, with the Romano's next generation at the helm of our enthusiastic team. Despite integrating some contemporary enhancements, the core of our enterprise is unchanged: we create scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites people.
